danajane1October 9, 2022Great customer service!! I arrived in town this past Thursday afternoon for a friends wedding on Friday. Shortly after arriving, I realized I had forgotten my contacts. Due to needing to take a ton of pictures on Friday, I frantically started calling around places to purchase a few pairs before closing for the day. A couple of places did not get back to me and another place told me I needed to purchase an entire box! But Danielle was so helpful here and provided me with a five day sample to get me through the weekend before closing that same day. I'm from Florida and am not used to that kind of customer service so it was very nice to see. Dr. Kelly has been so patient to make sure my contacts are perfect. She explains everything in "people" terms so I can understand all the details of my eye care. Great doctor and wonderful staff!
